Shaurya Krishna is an alumnus of National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi (NLU Ranchi). He is based in Delhi NCR having a diversified practise areas of litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Courts having its judicature at Allahabad and Lucknow, District Courts and other tribunals of Delhi NCR. He is currently serving as a junior counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Additionally, he has an immense experience of handling Real Estate Disputes before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and has represented many real estate companies and home buyers before RERA.
Shubhangi Tiwari is a 2019 graduate of National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi (NLU Ranchi). Based in Delhi NCR, she has worked for a renowned infrastructure company before switching to her own practice. She has extensive experience in handling real estate matters, and has represented before RERA (Uttar Pradesh and Haryana), Delhi State Consumer Forums and the NCLT. She is also proficient in contract drafting and consumer laws.
Oorja Jain holds a graduation degree (B.B.A LL.B) from Banasthali University, Rajasthan (2020 Batch) and a master's in Business Laws from Amity University, Noida (2021 Batch). She is a member of Bar Council, Delhi. She is also pursuing her PGDBM in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. During her college, she has also interned with Hammurabi & Solomon partners, Khurana & Khurana, IP Attorneys and under various advocates of District Courts, High Court and Supreme Court of India. She has a plethora in writing in the field of law and her articles have been published on prestigious platforms like Manupatra and Mondaq. Her professional skills includes legal research, legal drafting, legal strategizing, contract management etc.
